Anna Nicole Smith's son's death. Accident?

Why would a seemingly healthy intelligent young person take a combination of Zoloft, Methadone, and Lexapro? To get high or what? Does this suggest a drug problem or not really caring what happens to oneself. Is there something unique about this combination???
