Constructive Eviction: New Jersey: Early Termination Apartment Lease (detailed question....please read it all)?

Well if nj law says the 15th of October I think you can leave at any time since it is after that date. Also that is not a valid contract in any state because if they don't have clause regarding early termination then there is no penaly for terminating early. Even is they had one they would have to say wha the provisions are. Where isthis complex? I ma looking for apaprtemnt for May and want to avoid this one.
