I have accrued almost 30 weeks of annual leave and can't decide whether or not to take a year off work.?

I live in a crappy mining town and have nothing to do except for play rep rugby or take on the town bike. I have all this annual leave though and don't know what to do. I do have a medical condition which causes my head to wobble so I guess I could go in to therapy and get that fixed. Any ideas?
