Someones please help me with my website?

i own mymyspaceconfession.info a phpbb based website. i signed on to it today to see how it is going and i noticed several new users...........i feel they are bots. they posted on it for which i deleted most of what i could right now. what can i do to stop them or can someone help me please!!!!
