My wife just started on Yasmin again and we had unprotected about 2 weeks in. Could she get pregnant?

I mean, obviously, yes, she can get pregnant at any time. Here's the thing: My wife had stopped taking Yasmin in January until July of this year. We were still using condoms because we didn't want to get pregnant, and it worked fine. The she decided she wanted to be back on the pill, so we got them for her and she is on her 1st pack. She's got about 5 more yellow pills to go until she gets her period. During this time, we had unprotected about a week and a half to two weeks ago, several times. Just wondering if the pill won't work for us as well, because she just got back on it. I've been reading that Yasmin doesn't reach it's full potency until at least a month after you've been on it.
