Can you PLEASE get rid of the bots invading NA chat!!!!?

I use the NA Chat and fellowship chat room. There are so many bots it makes it hard to see actual chat type. We have to provide code to get into the room you said to stop the bots but nothing has happened. I`m sure you have the technology to put an end to this problem
