Can a Green Tea diet work? Where you just drink that and cut back on your meals, and workout video?

it could work, but my guess is you'll still be hungry. You'd be better off eating healthier, pay attention to the amount of calories you eat. Fruit and Vegetables are healthier and you can eat more of them because theres fewer calories in them than other foods. Canned vegetables are just as fine as fresh ones. I advise writing down everything you eat, what times, and how much that way you're paying attention to how much you're eat and how often. Swimming is great exercise. I would stay away from sodas, potato chips and such. An egg has 60 calories in it, you'll be less tempted to pile bunches of cheese and er on it, if you just hard boil them and let them cool, it'll be just like a deviled egg minus the fattening mayonnaise.
