Boyfriend birthday present?

I have asked before, but am still at a loss. It is my boyfriend's 30th birthday soon and want to get him something special. I was thinking a bbq but do you think that is too practical and not sentimental enough? I have already bought him a ring, necklace and watch. He is into photography (already has a camera and tripod) and also likes hunting pigs. I don't really want to buy him a weapon though. He loves the outdoors and likes riding on his off road motorbike and fishing. I was trying to think of something that's a bit sentimental that he could keep forever. Any ideas? It doesn't have to have anything to do with his hobbies. Thank you!
