Where is Alexander the Great?

I don't mean where is he buried or him specifically, but rather where is the matter that comprised someone who lived thousands of years ago. Let's say that he was not embalmed and has decomposed at a natural rate, is the matter still relatively centralized to the area where is body was buried? Would it all still be on earth or would some of it have left the atmosphere?
