What are some questions to ask a potential therapist?

Personally having some experience in your situation. You first need to come to the realization that you need help sorting through your emotions and thoughts while in your depressive state which means that you're not always going to like you therapist right off the back. It's all about building trust with the therapist or in my case psychologist so that they are better able to help you sort through your difficult time. they aren't going to make you happy. They're going to help you organize and deal with your situation so that in time you will be able to come up with the best solution to making yourself happy. don't rush take you time.
