Can't remember the name of this movie... anyone?

I believe this was a new release about one year ago. A college professor is moving on. He calls his closest friends together and decides to tell them his story. Basically tells all of them that he has lived since the dawn of time. He can only remember bits and pieces of everything. All of his friends are other professors also; a scientist, math teacher, etc. Parts of the story that he tells, he was a caveman, was Jesus, and a bunch of other stuff. They all finally start to believe him towards the end and it is really affecting them so he tells them he just made it all up. I can't remember who played in the film. I'm sure there was at least one big enough name actor in it. Kind of a low budget film, nothing fancy, but I enjoyed the story line. Obviously if I remembered any of the characters I would have done a search for them and I wouldn't be here. Anyone know?
