Can you school give you iss for saying things on facebook?

Ok so i said on Facebook that my teacher looks down girls shirts on a UNOFFICIAL school site i know its unofficial bcuz my friend created it and i posted the comment then i get called into the AP office and was given in school suspension my hand book says "includes any willful act done by either or by others,to any teacher/school district employee for the purpose of subjecting the teacher/employe to indignity,humiliation ,intimidation or directing profanity,vulgar language or obscene gesture towards school employees on or off campus' does this fall under harment if it was like 1 comment if it was ON MY COMPUTER MY PROPERTY
