How long do Amazon UK take to reply to emails.?

I have just emailed them, and need a response by tonight. I ordered speakers last week, they never came due to my address apparently being incorrect, therefore have no slip that says where they are. It says Isle of Wight Depot, which is fine, as i live on the Island, but I have no idea which courier they use and which depot my speakers are at. Any help on Reply Times, Courier Service and Which Island Depot it could be would be appreciated. Thanks.
