I didn't sign a lease renewal in September. But don't want to live here. I want to leavein march. What now?

They are required to give you notice prior to kicking you out. I believe at least 2 weeks (but i'm not sure). Since you did not sign a lease (therefore no agreement), you are what they call on a month to month. But they could say that someone else is interested in your unit if that's what you are worried about.
