My friend has social anxiety. She was trooping on through

it, and registered for college. She was loving it. She enjoyed the ignments was making all A's. She has a young son, and is the best mother I've ever seen. I've worked with her for 7 years. She has always been dependable. She kept having migraines after school, especially if she had to a presentation. She went to the dr. for anxiety meds. He prescribed Celexa. Now she is anorexic, always drunk, less of a mother, and droped out of school. She is not the friend she used to be either. Has anyone else heard of Celexa having these kinds of side effects. I miss her. I don't know what to do. All the talking and nagging in the world hasn't helped.
