Nissan skyline r32 from Canada?

So I am looking at buying a 1991 Nissan skyline gtr r32 from Canada. I live in the states and was wondering if this was possible? I keep seeing different answers. Can I go to Canada and bring it back?? What would i have to do to make the car legal for me to drive in the states?
